Recommended Usage:
Directions: Take 10-15 drops under the tongue every hour until symptoms improve, then 4 times daily until symp-toms are relieved. For children under 12, consult your health care professional.

Active ingredients: Arnica montana (Mountain Arnica) 3x, Echinacea angustifolia (Cone Flower) 3x, Eupatorium perfoliatum (Boneset) 3x, Apis mellifica (Honeybee) 4x, Baptisia tinctoria (Wild Indigo) 4x, Bryonia (White Bryony) 4x, Colchicum autumnale (Meadow Saffron) 4x, Dulcamara (Bittersweet) 4x, Lycopersicum esculentum (Tomato) 4x, Rhus toxicodendron (Poison Ivy) 6x. Other ingredients: Purified water and 20% USP alcohol.

Notes:
