Recommended Usage
Adults: Take one teaspoon (5 ml).
Children 6-12 years of age: Take one-half teaspoon (2.5 ml).
Children 1-6 years of age: Take one-quarter teaspoon (1.25 ml).
Mix with a full glass of water or juice daily.

A natural and pure extract composed of the finest cascara sagrada bark (Rhamnus purshiana), senna leaves (Cassia senna), buckthorn bark (Rhamnus frangula), alfalfa herb (Medicago sativa), psyllium seed hulls (Plantago ovata), licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), rhubarb root (Rheum officinale), barberry bark (Berberis vulgaris), ginger root (Zingiber officinale), and slippery elm bark (Ulmus fulva)< (with water, alcohol, and glycerin).
Contains 15 - 20% Alcohol

Product Description:

LB Extract® [Intestinal] is formulated to meet the nutritional needs of the intestinal system. Historically, many Native American tribes used cascara sagrada bark as a laxative. Senna and buckthorn have similar properties and encourage bowel movement. Psyllium adds bulk to the stool and encourages proper elimination. It is soothing to the intestinal tract. Licorice helps soothe the respiratory tract and supports digestion. It may help bring the body into proper balance. Other herbs add important nutritional elements. LB Extract contains: Cascara sagrada bark Senna leaves Buckthorn bark Alfalfa herb Psyllium hulls Licorice root Rhubarb root Barberry bark Ginger root Slippery elm barkLB Extract is similar to LB-X capsules and LBS II Vegitabs, but it’s easier to take. Liquid extracts are rapidly assimilated and highly concentrated. Adults: add 1 teaspoon to a glass of water or juice. Children 6–12: take 1/2 teaspoon. Children 1–6: take 1/4 teaspoon. Do not use this product for longer than 10 days at a time.
